Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return window, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it. Sorry, honey and gift cards cannot be returned.
To start a return, just email us at backcreekpottery@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to: 105 W 3rd Street, Jonesboro, IN 46938.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send it back. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first—we won’t be able to accept them.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take a little extra time to process it.
